Are you interested in a leadership role as part of the
Macdonald Campus Graduate Students' Society (MCGSS)?
We are looking for 2-3 Macdonald campus graduate students to represent each department (Animal Science, Bioresource Engineering, Biotechnology, Human Nutrition, Food Science, Natural Resource Science, Parasitology and Plant Science).
All new and returning council members must submit a nomination form.
In this role, you will be representing the students within your department at the monthly MCGSS Council meetings, have an opportunity to organize department specific events for your fellow graduate students, as well as contribute to MCGSS organized events for all Macdonald Campus graduate students.
To apply to be a council member representing your department, please have 5 current Macdonald campus graduate students from your department sign the nomination form.
Please return your completed nomination form to the MCGSS President ([email protected]) by 11:59 pm on Friday, September 23rd, 2022.

Garden plots availableMCGSS has acquired two plots at the Macdonald Campus Community Garden, for student use over the Summer. Up to five students will be permitted to use the plots to grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs, according to garden regulations. Gardening tools are available for shared use. Seeds and seedlings are the student's responsibility. For any additional questions, send an e-mail to Diksha at [email protected].
