About us
The Macdonald Campus Graduate Students' Society (MCGSS) represents the graduate students at McGill's Macdonald campus. We are a part of McGill's Post-Graduate Students' Society (PGSS), representing all McGill graduate students. Our goal is to foster a positive and enjoyable graduate life at Macdonald Campus. The MCGSS student council works to bring forward the concerns of Mac grads to university administration and PGSS.
We also organize several activities for Mac grad students throughout the year: during the school year, we have monthly free bagel breakfasts in the faculty room and some social events; during the summer, we hold a free BBQ outside the Centennial Center.
We also provide grants to support students' academic travel and clubs at Mac. In addition, we encourage students to take advantage of MCGSS travel grants for local and international conferences.

"McGill University is situated on the traditional territory of the Kanien’kehà:ka, a place which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst nations. We recognize and respect the Kanien’kehà:ka as the traditional custodians of the lands and waters on which we meet today."
